Outlook Troubleshooting for Cloud Account:

  1. Open Microsoft Outlook 2010.
  2. Simply click the Office button(or 'File' ) and click 'Info' then click the 'Account Settings ' button.

    1. An 'Account Settings ' Dialog Box will popup.
    2. Click the 'Change... ' button.
    1. An 'Change E-mail Account ' Dialog Box will popup.
    2. Check 'Account Type ' should be 'Exchange '
    3. Check 'Incoming mail server ' should be '127.0.0.1 '
    4. Check 'User Name ' should be 'connector '
    5. 'Password ' should be empty
    6. Click the 'More Settings ... ' button.
    1. An 'Internet E-mail Settings ' Dialog Box will popup.
    2. Click the 'Advanced ' tab.
    3. Check 'Incoming server (POP3) ' should be '5110 '
    4. Check 'Outgoing server (SMTP) ' should be '25 ' or '587 '
    5. Click the 'OK ' button.
  3. Click the 'Next >' button.

  4. Click the 'Finish ' button.

  5. Click the 'Close > ' button.
