  1. Open Microsoft Outlook 2007.
  2. Click on 'Tools > Account Settings' in the 'Toolbar'.

    1. An 'Account Settings' Dialog Box will popup.
    2. Check the 'New' button.
    1. An 'Add New E-mail Account' Dialog Box will popup.
    2. Check 'Microsoft Exchange, POP3, IMAP, or HTTP' radio button.
    3. Click the 'Next >' button.
    1. Check the 'Manually configure server settings or additional server types' checkbox.
    2. Click the 'Next >' button.
    1. Check 'Internet E-mail' radio button.
    2. Click the 'Next >' button.
    1. Enter into the 'Your Name' textbox the name you would like to appear on the e-mails.
    2. Enter into the 'E-mail Address' textbox your FULL e-mail address.
    3. Leave the 'Account Type' set to 'POP3'.
    4. Enter the E-mail Server's names into the 'Incoming mail' and 'Outgoing mail' textboxes. ( Note: the both use the same E-mail Server Name )
    5. Enter your account name into the 'User Name' textbox. ( Note: Your account 'Account name' is your FULL e-mail address. )
    6. Enter your password into the 'Password' textbox.
    7. Check the 'Remember password' checkbox, if you would NOT like to be prompted for your password everytime that you check your mail.
    8. Leave the 'Require logon using Secure Password Authenitication (SPA)' checkbox UNCHECKED.
    9. Click 'More Settings...' button.
    1. An 'Internet E-mail Settings' dialog box will popup.
    2. Check the 'My server requires authentication' checkbox.
  3. Click the 'Advanced' tab. Set 'Incoming Server (POP3)' to 110. Uncheck the checkbox labeled 'This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL)'. Set 'Outgoing Server (SMTP)' to 25. In the dropdown labeled 'Use the following type of encrypted connection:', select 'None'. Click the 'OK' button.

  4. Click the 'Test Account Settings ...' button.

    1. A 'Test Account Settings' dialog box will popup.
    2. This will test each of the settings that were just entered, a green check will appear next to each 'Task' if successful.
      (Note: If any red X's appear in the 'Task', click close and check your login settings and repeat this step.)
    3. Click the 'Close' button.
  5. Click thethe 'Next >' button.

  6. Click the 'Finish' button.

  7. Click the 'Close >' button.

  8. Congratulations, you have successfully setup your Microsoft Outlook 2007.
