  1. Open Outlook Express
  2. Click on 'Tools > Accounts' in the 'Toolbar'.

  3. An 'Internet Accounts' Dialog Box will popup.

  4. Click on 'Add > Mail' in the 'Internet Accounts' Dialog box.

    1. Enter into the 'Display Name' textbox the name you would like to appear on the e-mails.
    2. Click 'Next >' button.
    1. Enter into the 'E-mail address' textbox your FULL e-mail address.
    2. Click the 'Next >' button.
    1. Set 'My incoming mail server is a' to 'POP3.'
    2. Enter the E-mail Server's names into the 'Incoming mail' and 'Outgoing mail' textboxes. ( Note: the both use the same E-mail Server Name )
    3. Click 'Next >' button.
    1. Enter your account name into the 'Account name' textbox. ( Note: Your account 'Account name' is your FULL e-mail address.
    2. Enter your password into the 'Password' textbox.
    3. Check the 'Remember password' checkbox, if you would NOT like to be prompted for your password everytime that you check your mail.
    4. Leave the 'Log on using Secure Password Authenitication (SPA)' checkbox UNCHECKED.
    5. Click 'Next >' button.
  5. You have completed the intial setup, click 'Finish' button.

    1. Click on to hightlight the account that you just created.
    2. Click the 'Properties' button.
    1. Click on the 'Servers' tab.
    2. Check the 'My server requires authentication' checkbox.
    3. Click the 'OK' button.
  6. Click the 'Close' button.

  7. Congratulations, you have successfully setup your MS Outlook Express 6.0.
